She offers a balanced yoga practice combining elements of strength and relaxation. Kelley teaches upbeat, dynamic flows along with passive stretching poses. Kelley believes yoga is about self-discovery and encourages play within your practice. Other than yoga, Kelley loves dancing, rock climbing and soaking up the sun.
Lindy is 200-hour Yogaworks certified yoga instructor. She has experienced the power of yoga to bring comfort, space and ease to her aching, injured body and stillness to her mind. Lindy is passionate about helping students learn how they can experience these benefits too. Lindy's teaching style is based in the Yogaworks principle “ASE”-Align Stabilize Elongate with a focus on injury prevention. She enjoys learning about student’s unique needs and challenges and teaching them individualized techniques to help them get the most from their own yoga practice. When she's not teaching or practicing yoga, Lindy enjoys biking the KATY Trail and spending time with her husband, three sons and two Mini Schnauzers.
