Office Massage

Why bring massage therapy to your office?

Appreciate employees

Let your team know they are valued. When people feel valued, they value the company and produce their best work. Scheduling massage time lets your employees know you care about their physical and mental well-being and is a great way to say "thank you" for all the hard work.

Improve health and well-being

Massage can relieve pain caused by arthritis, boost the immune system, and reduce blood pressure. Your muscles will also thank you!

Boost productivity

Just a ten minute massage can reduce fatigue and enhance problem solving abilities. Since stress is related to absenteeism, reducing stress levels through massage is one way companies can benefit from happier and healthier employees.

10 Minute Table Massage

Receive the benefits of massage therapy at work!

Commit just 10 minutes to muscle relaxation and stress reduction.

Our licensed massage therapist provides 2-3 hour massage sessions for your office.

We help you organize the event by providing a time slot sheet. Just send it out to your office, and everyone signs up for their preferred time.

Opposed to chair massage offered by other providers, our signature 10-minute table massages provide full body relief in a short amount of time.

Wrist issues? Hip pain? Upper back soreness? Our therapist can target any problem areas based on each individual's needs. Your massage session also includes essential oil treatments to enhance relaxation or focus.
